FlyAway class Terminals

The SMART by GISS series represents a family of FlyAway class terminals, complemented by a wide range of auxiliary devices. Thanks to its modular design, it allows choosing the configuration best suited to customer’s application.

The terminals are capable to operate in the C, X, Ku, Low-Ku and Ka bands. Depending on the desired system topology, the modem section can be installed directly on the antenna of the selected aperture - No-IDU configuration, or in the classic form of RACK transport cases. In such configuration, the connection between ODU and IDU can be established using optical converters.
