The PacStar® 400 Series devices represent the world's most widely used line of mobile modular systems, including Ethernet switches, routers and servers. Equipped with suitable power systems and transport enclosures, they provide traditional RACK solutions with unprecedented mobility. Optimized for size, weight, and power (SWaP), these devices maintain enhanced environmental durability without compromising computational performance. They are ideal for applications in mobile data centers, tactical communication nodes and command vehicles.
Recently introduced, the PacStar® 200 Series retains all the advantages of the 400 Series while further reducing weight and power consumption. This new range of ultra-compact modules is designed for tactical deployments, enhancing and expanding the functionality of the PacStar 400 Series family. Such diversity allows system designers and organizers to build flexible IT networks using modules from both the 200 and 400 Series, depending on specific operational needs.
A wide range of 400 Series networking solutions
- Switches and routers: These tactical, ruggedized & small form factor networking and communication modules are perfect for military and civilian mobile communications, crisis response and expeditionary commercial operations.
- 400 Series servers: Ideal for virtualization environments, mobile server applications and data processing centers, enabling the creation of mobile military communication systems and portable crisis response centers.
- RoIP and WiFi radio modules: Robust and compact devices ideal for organizing remote radio networks for military and civilian crisis response solutions. They facilitate radio surveillance from command centers located thousands of kilometers away via radio networks.
- Transport cases, accessories, and RACK mounting solutions: We offer a wide range of solutions for transporting and mounting PacStar 400 Series modules in RACK cabinets, transforming individual networking modules into comprehensive communication solutions. Our customers can choose between portable TacNet400 series cases and stationary Smart Chassis solutions.
- Smart Chassis enclosure: This solution accommodates four or five PacStar 400 Series modules, serving as an independent electrical and mechanical unit. Combined with modules from the series, it can function as a standalone network core or a segment of a larger system.
- Designed for maximizing capabilities and configuration flexibility.
- Ideal for communication in small teams, on vehicles, as well as in extensive command centers.
- Modules can operate independently or in combination, within lightweight mounting and transport solutions.
- Capability for quick module replacement without tools - Hot-Swap.
- Supports both AC and DC power sources.
- Simplified configuration and operation using the dedicated IQ-Core software.
